Many due diligence teams have digitized questionnaires and review workflows, but the underlying information often remains trapped in individual responses, spreadsheets and review files. When the final report is due, analysts still copy answers, findings and ratings into Word, rebuild tables and check everything against the source.

Dasseti COLLECT makes that information reusable. Teams can complete the review, add commentary and ratings, then generate an editable Word report from the same due diligence data instead of rebuilding the document at the end.

Keep reporting data independent of the questionnaire

In COLLECT, information from questionnaires, documents and connected systems can map to distinct data points held against the manager or fund. Analysts no longer need to gather the same information from multiple files each time they produce a report. The report draws from the maintained data point, while COLLECT keeps the source and update history available for review.

Analyst commentary is also stored and logged against manager and fund profiles in COLLECT and can be pulled through into reports alongside the underlying data. For subsequent reviews, analysts can start with the prior commentary and amend or update it where necessary, rather than rewriting their analysis from scratch.

Generate editable reports from your existing templates

Once the review is complete, analysts can generate a report at the click of a button using one of the firm’s configured templates. Selected fields are mapped directly from the data stored in COLLECT, including manager and fund information, ratings, reviewed findings, commentary and tables, supporting accuracy and reducing manual work.

For monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, teams can reuse the same templates while pulling through the latest approved data. This removes the need to copy the previous report, replace figures, and check that outdated information has not carried forward. Instead, analysts can focus on what changed and what those changes mean.

The resulting Word document remains fully editable, so analysts can add context, refine commentary, expand material findings, and complete final quality checks before approval.

Use due diligence data beyond the report

The same reviewed manager and fund data used in reports can also support dashboards, CRM records, data warehouses and other internal systems. Through COLLECT’s integrations and APIs, teams can move selected data into the tools used by risk, compliance, research and management reporting, rather than re-entering it for each destination.

This reduces duplicate work, limits conflicting versions and makes the data collected during due diligence more useful across the business.

Give analysts more time for judgment

By automating the transfer of approved data into reports, Dasseti COLLECT reduces the administrative work involved in document production. Analysts spend less time copying answers, rebuilding tables and checking manual transfers, and more time assessing changes, reviewing findings and refining the final narrative.

The system handles the repeatable production steps, while the team retains control of the analysis, recommendations and approval.
