How do we share our data with Dasseti?

We accept data in a wide range of formats, whether it’s documents, spreadsheets, or structured files like JSON. Share it in the format that works best for you.

How is our data loaded into the platform?

There are multiple import options. For smaller uploads, we can use pre-formatted import templates. For larger migrations, we can involve your IT team if needed, but we aim to keep things simple on your side.

How do you support us during onboarding?

Our CSM team works as an extension of yours. We take the lead on data migration, help configure the platform to your needs, and share best practices to help you get maximum value from day one.

How quickly can we get started?

You can be up and running quickly. We typically agree on a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) so you can begin working in the platform while we continue loading historical data and expanding workflows.

Can you migrate us from another provider?

Yes, we’ve helped many clients transition smoothly from other platforms. Our team is experienced in handling competitor migrations with minimal disruption.

How long does onboarding take?

You can start using the platform in as little as a couple of weeks. We continue to work with clients post-launch to expand usage and unlock more value over time.

Do you offer training beyond onboarding?

Yes. You’ll have a primary and secondary CSM throughout onboarding. They typically remain your main points of contact, supported by our global team offering 24-hour coverage.

Will we need involvement from our IT team?

Generally, no. We can handle most of the setup and data import without IT involvement. If you’re undergoing a larger migration, IT support can be helpful but is not required.
