Launch of Sidekick

2025 was the year Sidekick stepped into the spotlight as Dasseti’s embedded AI assistant, working inside the workflows our clients already rely on.

We did not build Sidekick as a standalone chatbot. We built it as a task-aware system that works inside real due diligence and IR workflows, aligned to permissions, processes, and the way teams actually review, respond, and follow up.

What that unlocked in 2025:

• Documents to structured intelligence - Sidekick extracts information from PDFs, Word, Excel, and ADV filings, transforming unstructured sources into structured, searchable data that teams can reuse year after year.
• Review at scale, with clearer risk signals - Sidekick supports response review at scale by highlighting gaps and inconsistencies, using sentiment scoring to help flag potential ESG, operational, or investment risks, and surfacing follow-ups that matter.
• Faster, cleaner questionnaire responses - Sidekick supports autofill and response refinement so teams spend less time rewriting and more time validating, tailoring, and getting responses out the door with confidence.

Events

This year we loved getting out and spending time with clients and the wider community in person. We ran a mix of breakfast events, lunchtime sessions, and Happy Hours globally, and sponsored a range of industry events along the way. The same themes kept coming up: tighter timelines, more stakeholder scrutiny, and a real push for workflows that make tracking, reviewing, and reporting feel less painful.

A Global Team that Keeps Raising the Bar

Behind every platform release and award this year is a global team that has continued to grow, collaborate, and support clients around the clock.

A particular highlight this year was our first annual Sales Kickoff in Marrakech, Morocco. Over three days in February, we celebrated our achievements, mapped out our goals for the coming year, and spent invaluable face-to-face time with colleagues from around the globe.

Looking Ahead to 2026

2025 was about bringing our AI vision into real workflows, and in 2026 we will build on that momentum: going deeper on structured data, scaling review and reporting with confidence, and continuing to make due diligence and ESG work feel more controlled, more connected, and easier to run at pace.
